Whole vegetables such as yellow pepper, red onion, and tomatoes are on a wooden cutting board, along with a small bunch of radishes. About Jinelle

I was six years old the first time I cooked a full meal.

Not a snack. Not scrambled eggs. A real meal made from ingredients I helped grow on 50 acres of organic farmland in Sri Lanka, where my family has cultivated black pepper, coconut, fresh vegetables, and herbs for generations.

I grew up on that land. From age 9 to 19, I attended a private school where two hours of daily farm chores were part of the curriculum harvesting, cooking over open fire, working with real ingredients in ways most professional chefs never experience. By the time my peers were learning knife skills in culinary school, I had already spent a decade developing mine in soil, sun, and heat.

That upbringing gave me something no kitchen class can teach. A deep, cellular understanding of where food actually comes from. What a pepper smells like the moment it's picked. What coconut oil does to a dish when it comes from the tree rather than a factory. What it means to feed someone with genuine intention.

I brought that philosophy to New York and into the homes of Manhattan's most discerning families on the Upper East and Upper West Side.

Every week I arrive at your home with a completely custom menu, fresh ingredients sourced with care, and the same reverence for real food I learned as a child. I cook 10 to 11 dishes entirely from scratch three proteins, two carbs, three vegetables, one breakfast option all tailored to your family's taste, dietary needs, and lifestyle. I clean your kitchen completely before I leave. You come home to a full fridge and a week you don't have to think about.

My clients don't just hire me to cook. They hire me because they trust me with their home, their health, and their family's table. That is a responsibility I take seriously every single session.

Now I am bringing my Sri Lanka farm directly to your plate introducing single-origin black pepper, cold-pressed coconut products, and fresh-dried herbs grown on land my family has cultivated for generations. The difference you taste in my cooking has a name. It has coordinates on a map.

This is Happy Healthy Me.
